Grounded, tender-hearted, and an encourager, Laurel dedicates her life to helping people heal, transform, and become the best version of themselves. Life as a Healer
“I am a healer. By day, I work with people who have experienced trauma through therapy and coaching. I am the mom of 3 amazing children and have been married to my wonderfully supportive husband for 28 years. When I’m not working or at home, you will find me traveling the world hunting down the most beautiful mountain ranges to hike. The mountains are my happy place. I am passionate about people knowing that healing is accessible. Nobody needs to live in the pain of their past.”
Redefining Health and Success
“I am an entrepreneur. I established a thriving group practice in my community and after 15 years made a pivot from the clinical world into the world of high performers. I am using my 25 years of knowledge and experience to bring transformation to others. I believe in modeling health and success to others by living out our truth in a bold way. “I come from a family where addiction and mental health is a present and a deep struggle. Alongside this dynamic, I experienced multiple relationship traumas as a young adult. Choosing to define myself by health and not dysfunction, or let the hold of sexual assault keep me stuck, makes me feel proud. It is by the grace of God I am free from the baggage.”

“Since entering this decade of life, I’ve learned I can be a strong businesswoman. I was an entrepreneur before but never dreamed big. In the last year of my life, I lifted the boundaries of what I thought possible and dreamed bigger. I am doing things in my business and taking stages I never thought possible.”
